Where to anchor, and when

The Bay of Cannes and its surroundings offer anchorages for every condition. The Îles de Lérins remain the benchmark — clear water, shelter in the channel. Cap d’Antibes keeps its calm when the mistral stirs the open sea. Golfe-Juan, in the lee of the cape, is one of the easiest.
