Yacht Cannes’ charter and brokerage services are governed by written agreements drawn up to the MYBA standard.

Charter

Every charter is subject to a MYBA agreement setting out the yacht, the crew, the itinerary and the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Full terms are provided before any commitment.

Sales & brokerage

Purchase and sale operations rely on standard agreements, with escrow of funds, survey and sea trial. The brokerage commission is communicated from the start.
