Global property at the Palais des Festivals
MIPIM brings investors, developers and public authorities to the Palais des Festivals on 16–19 March 2027. It is the first major gathering of the year in Cannes, outside the sailing season: the town is full, the bay is quiet.
What a yacht adds
- An office and hospitality venue alongside, in the Vieux Port, a few minutes’ walk from the Palais — the most used formula during MIPIM, subject to berth availability.
- Meetings and dinners on board rather than in saturated restaurants.
- A run into the bay if March weather allows: the Îles de Lérins are still a mile offshore.
Booking
In March the supply of yachts alongside differs from summer: ask early for a yacht suited to hospitality use. Rates on request.
